Chee Kent spent over two decades in digital finance before founding Ventuplex. As Chief Architect of Bitflyer Lightning Exchange — Japan's largest cryptocurrency exchange — he designed the systems handling millions of daily transactions.

Prior to that, he spent nine years at UBS's Proprietary Trading Desk engineering algorithmic trading infrastructure, then served as Chief of Digital Assets at SBI Virtual Currencies. That career, built at the hardest end of the industry, is the engineering foundation Ventuplex stands on.

Joanna brings twenty years of experience across startups and global companies, with a background in marketing and communications. Trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, she leads Ventuplex's operations and cross-cultural team coordination.

She and Chee Kent first worked together at SBI Group — a partnership that became the operational backbone of Ventuplex.
